SM Matters of the Heart Foundation is a Ghanaian founded non-profit organization that exists and operates under the Laws of the Republic of Ghana. The organization is duly registered with the Registrar General’s Department of Ghana under sections 27 and 28 of the Companies Act 1963 and Act 179 as a Limited by Guarantee Organization. We are licensed under the Non-Profit Organization Policy (2020) and Directives for the Management of the Non-Profit Organizations Operations in Ghana (2020) by the Non-Profit Organization Secretariat of the Department of Social Welfare; Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection.
Standing true to our foundational call, SM Matters of the Heart Foundation is committed to spreading love, giving hope to the hopeless, empowering women and children, and making the world a save haven for the vulnerable in Africa. Without prejudice, we hold dear to our hearts single and widowed mothers, homeless/street children, and people living with disability.
